Data Deletion

Instructions for requesting data deletion

At Lahda, we value your privacy and your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you may do so through the application or by contacting our support team.

Option 1: Delete via Application

You can delete your account directly within the Lahda application:

  1. Log in to your Lahda account.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Select the Account tab.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click the Delete Account button.
  5. Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account and data.

Please note that this action is irreversible. All your campaigns, applicant data, and account settings will be permanently removed.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you are unable to access your account or prefer to request deletion via email:

  1. Send an email to support@lahda.co with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Please send the email from the address associated with your Lahda account so we can verify your identity.
  3. Include a brief statement requesting the deletion of your account and data.

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted.

Data Retention

We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements, and complying with legal obligations.

Third-Party Data

If you have connected third-party accounts (e.g., Facebook/Meta Ads) to Lahda, deleting your Lahda account will disconnect these integrations. However, data stored on those third-party platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies and data deletion procedures.
